Organizational Dissent as an Intermediator in the Relationship Between Job Security Perception and Professional Self-Esteem of Elementary School Teachers

The purpose of this study is to determine whether organizational dissent has a mediating role in the relationship between elementary school teachers’ job security perceptions and professional self-esteem. research was conducted using descriptive-relational survey model with 211 teachers working 14 public primary schools city center Amasya 2018-2019 academic year. data were collected Arıcak's (1999) Professional Self-Esteem Scale, Kassing's (2000) Organizational Dissent Job Security Perception Scale developed by researcher. According results research, exhibit vertical behavior rather than horizontal behavior. In addition, positively significantly affects Vertical Horizontal dissent. Belief Functionality Profession sub-dimensions positively; its’ effect on Acceptance Value not statistically significant. does affect Profession, sub-dimensions. It concluded that there low positive self-esteem, partial mediator perception intermediator belief functionality profession.
